Frequently asked questions
Is it really free to upload hip-hop?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 hour of uploads in total and 1 hour of radio submissions a month, plus your artist page.
Will my track definitely play on the radio?
No station can promise that. Every submission is reviewed, and only approved tracks enter rotation.
Can I upload explicit lyrics?
Yes, as long as you mark the track explicit when you upload it.
Do I keep the rights to my music?
You keep ownership. You grant Music Stars Radio a licence to stream the recording on the radio and on-demand.
Can I use samples?
Only if you have cleared them. You confirm you control all rights to the recording and composition on every upload.
